VIP Storage of Front St. Vestal – Indoor Climate-Controlled Construction Progress Update

Construction at VIP Storage of Front St. Vestal, located at 1000 Front Street near Four Corners, has been progressing nicely. Interior build-out of our indoor, climate-controlled storage units is now nearing completion, with unit framing, doors, lighting, and climate systems largely in place.

While the project experienced a slight delay, we now anticipate opening in February or early March 2026. Once complete, this facility will offer 70 secure, climate-controlled units in a bright, modern indoor environment—ideal for furniture, documents, electronics, and other temperature-sensitive items.

We’re excited to bring a premium indoor storage option to one of Vestal’s most active commercial corridors, just minutes from Binghamton University, the Vestal Rail Trail, and local shopping plazas.
