We’re excited to share the first construction update for VIP Storage of Front St. Vestal, our newest climate-controlled self-storage facility coming soon to the Four Corners area of Vestal, New York. Located at 1000 Front Street, next to the newly opened Synergy Athletics, Fitness Center and future home of Northeast Pride National Travel Baseball, Baseball Training Camp (Coming January, 2026), this new facility will bring convenient, modern indoor storage options to one of Vestal’s most active commercial corridors.

Construction is now underway inside the building, with crews preparing the interior for framing, insulation, and installation of our state-of-the-art climate-controlled storage units. This location will feature 70 clean, secure storage units, ranging in size from 5x5 to 10x20, making it ideal for residents, students, and local businesses seeking premium indoor storage in the heart of Vestal.

Construction Update: Interior Work Begins

The site at 1000 Front Street is now transitioning from open interior space to the early stages of a fully built-out climate-controlled storage facility. Current work includes:

• Clearing and preparing the interior space
• Layout mapping for hallways and storage unit placement
• Beginning construction on the first sections of unit walls
• Electrical and lighting preparations
• Climate control system planning and installation steps

We will be sharing photos of the interior progress as the space begins to transform from an empty shell into a modern, secure indoor storage facility.
